THINGS TO KNOW...
Most of our pickup locations have volunteers that will help you get your shares and any addtional add-ons you may have ordered for the week. There will be a designated spot at your pick-up location where all the shares will be placed. Each share is labelled with your name, please be sure to grab the correct share. You can take the compostable share bag but please leave the totes behind. If you have extra add-ons such as meat, eggs, ferments, or flowers they will be placed in the same tote as your share. If you do not make it to your pick-up location on time your share will be given to the business hosting the pick-up location. If there were circumstances that prevented you from getting your share don't hesitate to contact us and we can work on getting you another share. We understand that sometime life happens!
If there are any problems with your veggie share please contact us at the farm. Our host's only job is to host! If you are interested in hosting a pick-up location feel free to email us and we will see if we can work something out. We do prefer business locations, it is just something that works better for us.

RISK & REWARDS
We are commited to bringing you fresh produce every week and you are commited to having a closer relationship with your food and your farmer. We aim to supply your shares to the number of dollars you have paid us but with this said we are not able to control mother nature and do our best to work with her. Some weeks the shares may be over flowing and have you thinking this is way more then I paid for and other weeks you may think the share is lighter then you wanted. This is all dependent on what is going on in our fields. We will always give you updates on what is happening and what to expect, week to week. We work with you and mother nature to get you what you need. We will also occasionally source veggies from other no-spray/organic farms to round out the shares if they are really light and we will let you know when we do so.
Update: 2018 was the first season since starting our CSA that we had to completely cancel the last 3 weeks (out of 30 weeks). We did an issue a $40 credit for this season to anyone who wanted one. This is something we had never done before and this is the biggest risk our members ever had to face and boy were they all so amazing about it! It has become very apparent that the weather is more unpredictable then we were able to handle and for that reason we are stregthening our farm by teaming up with WFM2go who can help lighten our work load and let us face our problems more head on.
